Our Goal

As it is known, almost all of the local and national banks during the pandemic announced that they stopped opening accounts online. In this process, "Tide" turned this situation into an opportunity and offered its users the opportunity to open business accounts online. We channeled this opportunity by helping users find the information they are looking for directly and easily redirecting them to the app store / google play store. The important goal for us was to provide users with the content they were looking for, rather than showing more information than they needed.

Problem

In an area where competitors were investing very strongly and seriously, Tide Landing Page had rather mixed knowledge and unnecessary repetitive content. While the mobile application of Tide was pretty useful and simple, many users could not understand whether they were at the right point on the page. Because the content and categorization of the website were very confusingly mixed and as a result of this, users were presented with too much information.

Result

When users come to sites, they are looking for certain things. The most important solution we offered for Tide was to measure what the users were looking for and what the competitors did in this field, running an artificial intelligence engine and presenting content according to these searches and analyzes. Of course, while doing these, I’ve created a much younger and more dynamic page design without breaking away from the current design trends and actually not moving away from the Tide branding concept.

Design the Customer Experience

First, we started by categorizing and shortening the contents in Tide Landing Page. We have organized the content that users are looking for and wondering the most quickly and in a way that they appear higher. We have created a more dynamic, cleaner and more energetic design, both by acting in accordance with trends and using Tide branding. In this process, we finalized the relevant designs using Sketch program and Adobe Photoshop.
